Here for Your Health
Emphasising physical, mental or social needs, we train our team to understand a wide range of health conditions, employing staff with lived experience and/or a professional understanding of common health problems including arthritis, heart disease, or lung conditions.
Not A Gym is:
People Centred
We put the individual at the heart of our work, getting to know and understand each and every client to create the best possible results collaborately.
Empathetic and compassionate
We know that there are many reasons why people do not exercise, even if they know they need to. We will help with motivations and managing pain, giving you an opportunity to be involved as often as you feel you can, without pressure.
Respectful, passionate and trustworthy
We work really closely with each client to understand their needs, respecting their personal space and ability to understand their body or health condition better than anyone else.

Introducing the team behind Not a Gym
We create a feeling of belonging and community. We understand health conditions and how low-level, social exercise can help you. Clients receive personalised, professional advice to prevent or help manage existing conditions.
