We are experts in short and long term health conditions and how physical activity can positively impact your mood. We are different from traditional gym settings as we want to work alongside community members who find exercise difficult. We will not overstretch people and work with you to understand how we can help.
We are currently operating in Bodmin, Camborne, Liskeard, Penzance and St Austell, piloting some work with local people who have short or long term health conditions, or just do not feel like they fit into the typical gym setting.
Just get in touch with us if you have any questions. We promise no hard sell as we know you can only be ready when you are, not when we say!
All of the people we work with go through a one-to-one conversation with a member of our team before any activity takes place. We want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us!
Costs vary, but as a not for profit community interest company, we are committed to providing low-cost opportunities in the areas we are working in.
